1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Datr concerning your access to and use of the Datr mobile application and website.

2. Use of Services

By using Datr, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• You will not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Datr app will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Data Advances & Settlements

If you utilize the Emergency Data Advances feature, you agree to settle the daily balances as specified during the advance origination process. Failure to settle may result in a decrease in your Trust Score and potential suspension from future advance services.

4. Sponsored Browsing

To participate in sponsored browsing, you acknowledge that Datr tracks the payload sizes of your web requests to accurately measure data consumption and subsidize your internet browsing appropriately. Your browsing contents are not tracked, only the byte payloads.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
